Couples & family therapy

Space to hear each other and work through what remains unresolved.

When conversations keep returning to the same hurt or conflict, therapy offers a place to slow down, understand one another, and explore a different way of communicating.

When relationship struggles keep resurfacing

Sometimes a particular event remains painful long after it happened. At other times, unresolved struggles build over years, making it difficult to feel heard or talk without returning to familiar patterns.

In couples and family therapy, we make room for what each person is carrying and how it affects the relationship today. Communication is a central focus, alongside understanding the experiences that remain unresolved.

Couples therapy

Our work can focus on recurring disagreements, painful events that have not been worked through, and difficulty expressing needs or listening to one another. I provide a supportive space to explore what happens between you and practice communicating with more clarity and care.

Family therapy with teens and adult children

I work with families that include teenagers and adult children. We can explore unresolved relationship struggles, particular events that continue to cause hurt, and communication that leaves family members feeling misunderstood.

My aim is to provide a space where each person can speak and be heard. I do not work with small children.

What working together feels like

We begin by getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We discuss each person's perspective and what you would like to work toward together.

I bring a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach, with attention to creating a safe place for everyone involved. We can slow down difficult conversations and explore what makes it hard to connect.

Sessions and fees

I currently offer virtual therapy only. My standard couples session is $350 for 60 minutes. For family therapy, we can discuss who will attend, session length, and fees during the consultation.

Visit fees and insurance for information about out-of-network reimbursement and sliding-scale availability.
